At Contagious Couture, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging are intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom-made or made-to-order garments.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product variations subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Incorrect items received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
